VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MONEY ORDER, or PERSONAL CHECKS. For money order or personal check order, we reserve the right to withhold shipment until payment transaction has been completed.

Returned Check Fee: There will be a $30.00 fee for any check returned to BariatricSupermarket.com, Inc. for Non-Sufficient Funds.
Shipping
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of order placement. Orders should be received within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email from us if there is an unforeseen delay for longer than 10 business days that may cause your order to arrive later than the usual shipping time. Please note that all transit times are listed in business days. UPS does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and most holidays as business days. UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends or holidays. If your order shipment is late and you think there is a problem with the delivery, we encourage you to contact us via email. We will investigate the inquiry and respond in a prompt manner.
To ensure delivery of your order, we have chosen a reputable carrier for all of our domestic orders. All of our domestic shipments are sent with delivery confirmation from UPS. BariatricSupermarket.com will not be responsible for damaged merchandise once delivery has been confirmed by UPS. All mail or parcels that are lost after delivery will be the sole responsibility of the consumer and all claims for packages lost after delivery will have to be filed directly with UPS.
We will not deliver to P.O. boxes so you must provide us with a valid address with your order.
Military Addresses: TO FPO/APO Addresses.
Your credit card will be processed accordingly for any additional shipping charges + insurance via USPS. Shipping costs determined by weight. Please email before buying or call us with any questions.
Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. Territories: If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or another U.S. territory, your order will be sent via USPS. You must contact us via email for shipping and handling costs. We will make an effort to use the most cost-efficient shipping method.
United States: Charges listed are for the "Lower 48" states. We ship via UPS.
International: Sorry, we currently do not accept international orders.
Tracking: When your order is completed, you will receive an email with your order receipt. You will also receive a second email with your tracking information attached when your order is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number via email, please email us your order number and name, and we will email your tracking number. Items usually ship within 2-5 business days after the order has been received.
Returns Policy
Up to 30 days from date of purchase:
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in.
Protein bars / cookies are non-refundable since singles or sampler packs can be purchased.
Vitamin / mineral supplements are non-refundable due to concerns with safety and tampering.
More than 30 days from date of purchase:
15% restocking fee will be charged for refund or exchange.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in.

Refund will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase. You will need to provide us with the credit card number since the merchant services we use does not keep credit card numbers for an extended period of time. A refund check will be sent via USPS for any order paid by check or money order.
If a product is being returned it must be in the same condition it left our premises. If the products received are incomplete, opened, partially used or damaged, BariatricSupermaket.com reserves the right to refuse crediting the customer's account and the product will be returned to the customer. Freight and all cost associated with the return will be billed to the customer's credit card. BariatricSupermarket.com is not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging or lost shipments. If your product arrived damaged in transit, it is best to refuse delivery and/or return it to the freight carrier. Please inform BariatricSupermarket.com of such shipping problems so that you won't be held responsible for the refusal. Once you accept the package, BariatricSupermarket.com will no longer be responsible for its condition.
